How will the sheep from the Top Shelf Farm react to the total solar eclipse?
Find out by joining us on Mutton Hill for total eclipse day on Monday, April 8th between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. The grounds will be open for free with parking available at the three corners of the Society along S. Portage Path, Copley Road and Diagonal Road. ADA and limited mobility parking will be available in the Society paved lot at the property opening.
Moon and sun selfie stations, crafts and sheep herding will be part of the day up until the total eclipse. Specially priced $5 tours of the Perkins Stone Mansion will be available after the total eclipse up until 5 p.m. "You Are Cordially Invited: A Century of Weddings" is curated by Denise Remark Lundell.
Eclipse, moon and sun themed snacks will be available for purchase along with sandwiches from the Remarkable Diner. Solar eclipse glasses will be available for sale for $2 starting Monday at 10 a.m. while supplies last.
